Zeggie terms of use — 27 September 2026 Zeggie is provided by Derek Fidler Consulting. Contact: df@derekfidler.com. Zeggie helps you practise Dutch. Automated lesson content, translations, pronunciation feedback and level estimates can be inaccurate. They are learning aids, not accredited qualifications, professional advice or a substitute for a teacher. Do not use these scores as the sole basis for educational or other consequential decisions. Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another learner's data, disrupt it, or submit unlawful content. Do not include personal or sensitive information about yourself or other people in practice recordings or feedback. You must have the right to submit any content you provide. We process submitted content to provide the requested learning and feedback services as described in our privacy notice; these terms do not grant permission for unrelated advertising or analytics. Zeggie is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is an optional learning tool, including for classmates, and is not required for classroom participation or assessment. Optional product analytics requires a separate, voluntary choice. Refusing or withdrawing it does not reduce your access to lessons or affect your relationship with your teacher. Speaking features need microphone permission; silent vocabulary practice does not. Do not enable optional analytics if you cannot freely choose. This release is not intended for children or required educational use. You can stop using Zeggie at any time and delete your account in Settings. Local progress is device-specific and may be lost if you remove app data; the current app does not promise cross-device progress recovery. Save your analytics privacy reference before account/app deletion if you want us to locate and erase analytics previously sent. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal reasons or product improvements. Material changes to these terms or data use will be communicated appropriately. Any new optional data use requires a new choice where required. We do not exclude mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. These terms do not waive rights that apply under your country's law. See Privacy notice for categories of data, service providers, purposes, retention, international processing and how to exercise your rights. Contact us if you have a complaint or need help.
