Getting started
Zeggie is for adults aged 18 and over. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Allow AI features to use spoken conversations, pronunciation feedback, and inburgering practice. You can decline and still use silent vocabulary practice. Product analytics is a separate, optional choice.
Settings and privacy
Open Your level and tap the settings button in the top right. You can change your AI-sharing and analytics choices there. Speaking features need microphone permission and an internet connection. If recording does not start, check Zeggie’s microphone access in your device’s Settings.
Sign-in help
Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. For email sign-in, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. If a reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Audio and practice
Check your volume and internet connection if audio does not play. You can pause speech, rewind, and adjust playback speed. In Vocabulary, the speaker button switches between spoken and silent practice. The inburgering section currently has 10 spoken A2 practice questions. AI scores are estimates for practice; Zeggie is not affiliated with DUO and does not award a qualification.
Delete your account
In Zeggie, open Your level → Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. You may need to sign in again. Local progress is not restored across devices, so avoid reinstalling the app as a first troubleshooting step. For privacy or erasure requests, email us. For optional analytics requests, include your privacy reference from Settings → Privacy & analytics if available.
